SI second

The SI second is the base unit of time, defined by the unperturbed ground-state hyperfine transition frequency of caesium-133. Resolution II of 2024 requires the unit of measurement of Lunar Coordinate Time to be consistent with it, so lunar clocks count the same seconds.
