Coordinated Lunar Time (LTC)

Coordinated Lunar Time (LTC) is a proposed operational time standard for the Moon, named in a 2024 United States policy memorandum. It is intended to serve lunar operations the way UTC serves Earth, and to stay traceable to UTC. LTC has not been defined or realized.
